摘 要:对橡塑共混型热塑性弹性体(TPE)的发展历程、制备原理、微观结构以及制备技术进行系统阐述与分析,并对其产业化应用与发展趋势进行展望。橡塑共混型TPE兼具传统硫化胶的高弹性和耐候性以及塑料的高温塑化加工性,且制备工艺简单、性能可调范围广、设备投资成本低。动态硫化共混法为橡塑共混型TPE的制备开辟了新途径。橡塑共混型TPE作为新型环保材料正逐步部分取代传统橡胶或塑料并广泛应用。The development history,preparation principle,microstructure,and preparation technology of rubber-plastic blended thermoplastic elastomer(TPE)were systematically elaborated and analyzed,and its industrial application and development trend were prospected.Rubber-plastic blended TPEs combined the high elasticity and weather resistance of traditional vulcanizates with the high-temperature plasticization processing of plastics,and had a simple preparation process,a wide range of adjustable performance,and low equipment investment costs.The dynamic vulcanization blending method had opened up a new way for the preparation of rubber-plastic blended TPEs.As a new type of environmentally friendly material,rubberplastic blended TPEs were gradually replacing traditional rubber or plastics and were widely used.
