摘　　要：研究10^(#)非洲天然橡胶(NR)在半钢子午线轮胎胎体胶中的应用。结果表明:使用50份10^(#)非洲NR替代TSR20泰国NR,胶料的门尼粘度降低,加工性能提高,硫化速率相近,物理性能相当;成品轮胎的强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均达到企业标准要求,生产成本降低。The application of 10^(#)African natural rubber(NR)in the carcass compound of steel-belted radial tire was studied.The results showed that,when 50 phr 10^(#)African NR was used to replace Thailand TSR20 NR,the Mooney viscosity of the compound was reduced and the processability was improved,the vulcanization rate and physical properties were comparable.The strength,durability and high-speed performance of the finished tire met the requirements of enterprise standards,and the production cost was reduced.
