摘  要:基于Abaqus软件,在现有规格基础上对205/75R17.514PR全钢轻型载重汽车驱动轮胎进行优化设计。结构设计:外直径752 mm,断面宽212 mm,行驶面宽度180 mm,行驶面弧度高5.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度172 mm,胎圈着合直径442 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_(1)/H_(2))0.82,胎面采用变节距设计,花纹深度14 mm,花纹饱和度68.8%,花纹周节数45。施工设计:胎面采用2层结构,胎体采用3+9×0.22W钢丝帘线,带束层采用3层结构,其中1^(#)和2^(#)带束层均采用0.37+6×0.32ST钢丝帘线,3^(#)带束层采用1×5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,采用一次法两鼓成型机成型和蒸锅式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、滚动阻力和质量均满足市场需求。Based on Abaqus software,the design of 205/75R17.514PR all-steel light truck and bus drive tire was optimized based on the existing tires.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 752 mm,cross-section width 212 mm,width of running surface 180 mm,arc height of running surface 5.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 172 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 442 mm,maximum width position of cross section(H_(1)/H_(2))0.82,using variable pitch for tread,pattern depth 14 mm,block/total ratio 68.8%,and number of pattern pitches 45.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using two-layer structure for tread,using 3+9×0.22W steel cord for carcass,using three-layer structure for belt,0.37+6×0.32ST steel cord for 1^(#) and 2^(#) belts,1×5×0.30HI steel cord for 3^(#) belt,using one-stage two-drum building machine to build tire and steamer curing press to cure tire.Performance tests of the finished tire indicated that the inflation peripheral dimension,rolling resistance and weight of the finished tire all met market demands.
