摘 要:本工作以胶鞋生产线为研究对象,运用动作分析法、模特排时(MOD)法及ECRS(Eliminate,Combine,Rearrange,Simplify)分析法等,从胶鞋的生产工艺流程入手,收集各个生产工序用时,分析工序生产必要性,找出瓶颈工序,对生产线进行改善和优化。优化后工艺流程简化,生产耗时缩短,生产线平衡率提高。Taking the rubber shoes production line as the research object,employing methods such as the action analysis method,model scheduling(MOD)and ECRS(Eliminate,Combine,Rearrange,Simplify)analysis method,starting from the production process procedures of rubber shoes,data on the time required for each production process was collected,and the necessity of process sequence was analyzed to identify bottleneck operations.After optimization,the process flow was simplified,the production time was shortened,and the balance rate of the production line was improved.
