摘　　要：航天档案是记录航天事业发展史、航天成果创造史、航天精神传承史的重要载体,是航天事业发展必不可少的基础性工作。当前面对“数字中国”“航天强国”建设要求,航天企业大力推进高质量发展、数字化转型,为档案工作带来新的发展机遇。航天事业的战略性、系统性、创新性特点,要求航天档案现代化必须坚持党的领导、走高质量发展道路、加速数字化转型。基于《“十四五”全国档案事业发展规划》,搭建航天档案现代化管理框架和业务框架,并以某研究所为例介绍实践经验,探索一条具有航天事业特色的档案现代化发展路径,为我国从航天大国向航天强国稳步迈进贡献档案力量。Aerospace archives serve as a vital medium for documenting the history of aerospace development,the creation of aerospace achievements,and the inheritance of the aerospace spirit.They are indispensable to the foundational work of the aerospace industry’s advancement.Currently,in the context of the requirements for building a“Digital China”and a“Powerful Aerospace Nation”,aerospace enterprises are vigorously promoting high-quality development and digital transformation,which brings new development opportunities for archival work.Given the strategic,systematic,and innovative nature of the aerospace industry,the modernization of aerospace archives must adhere to the leadership of the Party,pursue a path of high-quality development,and accelerate digital transformation.Based on the“14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of National Archives Undertakings”,a framework for modernizing the management and operations of aerospace archives is established.Taking a particular research institute as an example,this paper introduces practical experiences and explores a path of archive modernization unique to the aerospace industry,contributing archival strength to China’s steady progress from being a major aerospace power to a powerful aerospace nation.
