摘　　要：体育赛事档案是传承民族体育精神、讲好中国故事的新史料,同时也是践行体育强国的新载体。而体育赛事档案的管理,则是对这些资源的有效保护与利用。然而,鉴于体育赛事档案在性质、类别等方面的特殊性,体育赛事档案管理工作仍面临诸多现实挑战。因此,进一步提升体育赛事档案的管理水平并加强其服务能力是未来档案工作的重要任务。着眼于体育赛事档案的管理实践,提出实现体育赛事档案管理标准化建设与服务模式优化的发展策略,以期档案管理工作能够在国家体育文化发展历程中发挥更显著的价值。The archives of sports events serve as a new historical material for the inheritance of national sports spirit,and telling China’s stories,and a new carrier for implementing the strategy of building a powerful sports nation.The management of sports event archives,on the other hand,represents the effective protection and utilization of these resources.However,due to the unique nature and classification of sports event archives,their management still confronts numerous practical challenges.Therefore,enhancing the management level of sports event archives and strengthening their service capabilities are crucial tasks for future archival work.Focusing on the management practices of sports event archives,this paper proposes development strategies for achieving standardization in their management and optimizing service models,with the aim of enabling archival work to play a more prominent role in the development of national sports culture.
