摘  要:目的探讨呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)和肺泡气一氧化氮(CaNO)与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者小气道功能的关系。方法选取2021年6月至2022年3月于我院疗养的50例稳定期COPD患者作为观察组,并选取同期于我院疗养的50例患者(排除COPD)作为对照组。检测两组的肺功能指标和FeNO_(50)、FeNO_(200)及CaNO。采用Pearson相关性分析探讨FeNO_(200)、CaNO与肺功能指标的关系。结果观察组的各肺功能指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的FeNO_(200)、CaNO高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的FeNO_(200)、CaNO与25%肺活量最大呼气流速(MEF25%)、50%肺活量最大呼气流速(MEF50%)及最大呼气中期流速(MMEF75/25)呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论FeNO_(200)、CaNO在COPD患者中升高,其可以作为COPD患者小气道炎症的生物标志物。Objective To investigate the relationship between fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)and alveolar nitric oxide(CaNO)and small airway function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Fifty patients with stable COPD who were recuperated in our hospital from June 2021 to March 2022 were selected as observation group,and 50 patients(excluding COPD)who were recuperated in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group.The pulmonary function indexes,FeNO_(50),FeNO_(200)and CaNO were detected in the two groups.Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the relationship between FeNO_(200),CaNO and pulmonary function indexes.Results The pulmonary function indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The FeNO_(200)and CaNO of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).FeNO_(200)and CaNO in the observation group were negatively correlated with maximum expiratory flow at 25 percent(MEF25%),maximum expiratory flow at 50 percent(MEF50%)and maximal med-expiratory flow(MMEF75/25)(P<0.05).Conclusion FeNO_(200)and CaNO are elevated in COPD patients,which can be used as biomarkers of small airway inflammation in COPD patients.
