摘 要:目的探讨基于多点反馈的风险管理模式对消毒供应中心消毒质量的影响。方法随机选取2022年1月至12月医院消毒供应中心的400件医疗器械及20名工作人员展开研究,将2022年1月至6月200件医疗器械纳入实施前组(未实施基于多点反馈的风险管理模式,实施常规管理模式),将同年7月至12月200件医疗器械纳入实施后组(开始实施基于多点反馈的风险管理模式)。比较两组的管理效果。结果实施后组器械的清洗质量、拆装质量、消毒质量、包装质量及环境管理质量评分高于实施前组(P<0.05)。实施后组器械的外观光亮度评分高于实施前组,锈斑、污垢及血渍评分低于实施前组(P<0.05)。实施后组的消毒供应中心不良事件总发生率低于实施前组(P<0.05)。实施后组医务人员的满意度各维度评分高于实施前组(P<0.05)。结论基于多点反馈的风险管理模式有助于提高消毒供应中心消毒质量,改善器械外观情况,降低消毒供应中心不良事件发生率,也能提高医务人员的满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of risk management model based on multi-point feedback on disinfection quality of disinfection supply center.Methods A total of 400 medical devices and 20 staff members from the disinfection supply center of the hospital from January to December 2022 were randomly selected for the study,200 medical devices from January to June 2022 were included in pre-implementation group(without the implementation of the risk management model based on multi-point feedback,the implementation of the conventional management model),and 200 medical devices from July to December of the same year were included in post-implementation group(the implementation of the risk management model based on multi-point feedback).The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of cleaning quality,disassembly quality,disinfection quality,packaging quality and environmental management quality of instruments in the post-implementation group were higher than those in the pre-implementation group(P<0.05).The appearance brightness score of the instruments in the post-implementation group was higher than that in the pre-implementation group,and the scores of rust spots,dirt and blood stains of the instruments were lower than those in the pre-implementation group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the disinfection supply center in the post-implementation group was lower than that in the pre-implementation group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of satisfaction of medical staffs in the post-implementation group were higher than those in the pre-implementation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The risk management model based on multi-point feedback helps to elevate the disinfection quality of the disinfection supply center,improve the appearance of the equipment,reduce the incidence of adverse events in the disinfection supply center,and improve the satisfaction of medical staffs,which is worth promoting.
