摘 要:为了合理控制过热器入口烟温,缓解热值超出设计值引起的过热器高温腐蚀问题,增设过热器前蒸发器面积是有效技改措施之一。基于辐射受热区蒸发器传热理论,以某单炉处理规模750t/d垃圾焚烧余热锅炉为研究对象,在不同低位热值(LHV)和锅炉主蒸汽参数下,计算了入炉垃圾热值高于设计热值时,为安全控制高温过热器入口烟温需增设的蒸发器面积,并进行了工程试验验证。计算结果表明:以单炉750t/d、锅炉参数6.4MPa/485℃为例,随着垃圾热值从设计值7118k Jk/g增加到8792k Jk/g,为控制过热器入口烟温在相同水平,需增设蒸发器面积为476m^(2)。项目工程技改后解决了项目超温问题,表明本文的计算方法能根据LHV预测蒸发器增设面积;技改后项目运营利润增加471万元/a。In order to reasonably control the flue gas temperature at the inlet of the superheater and alleviate the high-temperature corrosion of the superheater caused by the calorific value exceeding the design value,increasing the area of the evaporator before the superheater is one of the effective technical improvement measures.Based on the heat transfer theory of the evaporator in the radiation heating area,this paper takes a 750 t/d waste incineration HRSG with a single-boiler processing scale as the research object.Under different low heating value(LHV)and boiler main steam parameters,when the calorific value of the waste into the furnace is higher than the design calorific value,the area of the evaporator that needs to be added to safely control the flue gas temperature has been calculated and verified by engineering experiments.The calculation results show that,taking a single furnace of 750 t/d and boiler parameters of 6.4 MPa/485℃as an example,as the calorific value of waste increases from the design value of 7118 kJ/kg to 8792 kJ/kg,in order to control the inlet flue gas temperature of the superheater at the same level,the evaporator area needs to be added by 476 m^(2).The over-temperature problem of the project was solved after the engineering technical renovation,indicating that the calculation method in this paper can predict the additional area of the evaporator according to the LHV.After the technical transformation,the operating profit of the project increased by 4.71 million yuan/a.
