摘  要:为了研究超厚壁20MnMoNb材料的焊接特性,采用专用匹配焊材和焊接工艺进行了工艺性试验研究。基于20MnMoNb材料特性和焊接工艺性,分析确定了焊接材料、焊接坡口、焊接规范参数及中间热处理、最终热处理规范,对焊缝进行了无损检验和力学性能分析,焊接接头性能满足NB/T47014—2023的考核要求。In order to study the welding characteristics of ultra-thick wall 20MnMoNb material,process experiments were conducted using specialized matching welding materials and welding processes.Based on the characteristics of 20MnMoNb material and welding process,the welding material,welding groove,welding specification parameters,intermediate heat treatment,and final heat treatment specifications were analyzed and determined.Nondestructive testing and mechanical performance analysis were conducted on the weld seam,and the welding joint performance met the requirements of NB/T 47014—2023.
