摘 要:航空航天领域中,密封电磁继电器(HSER)的工作状态涉及机、电、磁等多个物理过程,传统基于静态数据表的动态特性分析方法的效率与精度难以满足可靠性分析需求。以无网格节点柔性体模型为多体动力学模型核心,搭建瞬态机械转矩电磁力形位参数间的实时交互通道,引入针对刚柔耦合模型非线性接触、碰撞问题的隐式积分算法与基于麦克斯韦方程组的电磁场有限元数值解算方法,建立多体动力学-电磁有限元双向交互耦合计算模型,实现HSER机电磁动态特性的实时耦合计算分析;搭建HSER电参数、时间参数、力参数测试系统,对比原理样机测试数据与分析计算结果,其中吸合保持力动合压力平均误差为2.21%,验证了所提方法的有效性。When the hermetically sealed electromagnetic relay(HSER)operates,it involves multiple physical processes such as mechanical,electrical,and magnetic processes.The traditional analysis methods based on static data tables are difficult to meet the efficiency and accuracy requirements of reliability analysis.The meshless node flexible body model is introduced as the core of the multi-body dynamics model to build a real-time interaction channel between transient mechanical torque,electromagnetic force,and position parameters.The implicit integration algorithms for nonlinear contact and collision problems in the rigid flexible coupling model and electromagnetic finite element methods based on Maxwell’s equations are introduced.A multi-body dynamics electromagnetic finite element bidirectional interaction coupling calculation model is established to achieve real-time coupling calculation analysis of HSER mechanical electrical magnetic dynamic characteristics.An HSER electrical parameter,time parameter and force parameter testing system is built.The test data of the prototype is compared with the analysis and calculation results.The average error of the end attractive dynamic pressure of contact is 2.21%,which verifies the effectiveness of the method.
