摘  要:既有建筑水泥基外围护系统存在开裂、渗漏、脱落、空鼓和高能耗等问题,为保障其安全及功能性,开展既有建筑外围护系统低碳改造是重要解决办法。系统介绍了既有建筑外保温缺陷形成原因,厘清外保温缺陷检测技术,提出外保温风险评估流程和风险等级划分方法,明确外保温低碳设计计算理论。针对外保温不同缺陷类型,提出不同的施工工艺流程及注意事项,为既有建筑外保温低碳改造技术应用推广提供借鉴与参考。The external insulation of existing buildings has problems such as cracking,water seepage,peeling,hollowing and high energy consumption,etc.It is important to carry out low-carbon renovation of the external insulation of existing buildings as a solution.This paper systematically introduces the reasons for the formation of external insulation defects in existing buildings.We clarify the detection technology of external insulation defects.The risk assessment process and risk level classification method of external insulation are innovatively proposed.To clarify the calculation theory of low-carbon design of external insulation.For different types of defects in external insulation,different construction processes and precautions are proposed.It provides reference for the application and promotion of low-carbon retrofit technology for the exterior insulation of existing buildings.
