摘　　要：上海市金桥临港综合区教育商住综合体一期项目地下连通道工程在施工过程中面临着空间受限、多层次交叉作业等技术难题。结合连通道工程设计施工要求,通过前期总体策划的探讨,在拉森钢板桩及围护桩施工、基坑降排水措施、基坑开挖及支撑施工、交通运输组织、基坑监测等方面进行了周密安排,工程得以顺利实施,相关施工经验为软土地区类似工程的管理策划提供了参考。The underground passage project of the first phase of Shanghai Jinqiao-Lingang Education,Commercial and Residential Complex Project faced technical problems such as limited space and multi-level cross operation during the construction process.Combined with the design and construction requirements of the connecting channel project,through the discussion of the overall planning in the early stage,careful arrangements were made in the construction of Larsen steel sheet piles and enclosure piles,foundation pit drainage measures,foundation pit excavation and support construction,transportation organization,foundation pit monitoring,etc.,and the project was successfully implemented,and the relevant construction experience provided a reference for the management and planning of similar projects in soft soil areas.
