摘 要:目的 探索自体颅骨冷冻保存方案,包括保存温度、保存时间、保存方法以及管理流程。方法 回顾性分析2016年1月—2021年12月于宁夏医科大学总医院神经外科行去骨瓣减压术+自体颅骨回植术的325例患者的临床资料,并结合相关文献进行复习。依据探索性保存方案使用之前和使用之后,将2016—2018年的数据分为旧管理组,2019—2021年的数据分为新管理组,进行两组数据自体颅骨回植效果的评价研究。结果 自体颅骨冷冻保存平均时间122.9 d。行回植术后平均住院时间为12.3 d,经过新保存方案和管理流程应用之后,颅内感染率由3.4%降低到1.7%。结论 -80℃深低温保存自体颅骨效果良好,可有效减少颅内感染发生率。Objective To explore autologous skull cryopreservation protocol,including storage temperature,storage time,storage method,and management process.Methods The clinical data of 325 patients who underwent decompressive craniectomy and autogenous skull transplantation in the Department of Neurosurgery,General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from January 2016 to December 2021 were analyzed retrospectively.The relevant literature were reviewed.According to the exploratory preservation plan,the data from 2016 to 2018 were divided into the old management group and the data from 2019 to 2021 were divided into the new management group.The evaluation study on the effect of autologous skull transplantation was conducted for both groups of data.Results The average cryopreservation time of autogenous skull was 122.9 days.The average hospital stay after replantation was 12.3 days.After the application of the new preservation scheme and management process,the intracranial infection rate decreased from 3.4% to 1.7%.Conclusions Cryopreservation of autologous skull at-80 ℃ is effective and can reduce the incidence of intracranial infection.
