摘　　要：自发性海绵窦区硬脑膜动静脉瘘(SCS-DAVF)是瘘口在海绵窦及周围的硬脑膜壁的硬脑膜动静脉短路,血管内治疗以栓塞共同流出道海绵窦及引流静脉为主,疗效确切。本文针对其临床表现、动静脉途径塞策略、并发症等最新进展进行综述。Spontaneous cavernous sinus dural arteriovenous fistula(SCS-DAVF) is a dural arteriovenous shunt with fistula in the cavernous sinus and surrounding dural wall.Endovascular treatment is mainly embolization of the common outflow tract of cavernous sinus and draining vein,and the curative effect is definite.This article reviews the latest research progress in clinical manifestations,arteriovenous route occlusion strategy,and complications.
