摘  要:近年来,人们对地下空间开发利用需求越来越高,导致地下结构埋深越来越大,地下水对地下结构的影响也越来越明显,地下结构水害问题亦日益凸显。该文以重庆市某公租房为例,查明了项目所在水文地质单元地下水的补径排特征、地下水的埋藏、动态、含水层、渗透性和涌水量等,分析了的造成车库积水、涌水的原因,结合已有建筑设计资料,针对性地提出合理可行的水害防治措施建议。研究结果对周边类似建设项目的选址及工程建设应注意的问题具有一定的指导意义。In recent years,the increasing demand for the development and utilization of underground space has led to deeper burial depths of underground structures.The impact of groundwater on underground structures has become more pronounced,and the issue of water haz-ards in underground structures has become increasingly prominent.Taking a public rental housing project in Chongqing as an example,this paper investigates the characteristics of groundwater recharge,runoff,and discharge in the hydrogeological unit where the project is located,as well as the groundwater burial,dynamics,aquifer prop-erties,permeability,and water inflow.It analyzes the causes of water accumulation and water inflow in the garage and,based on existing architectural design data,proposes reasonable and feasible measures for prevention and control of water hazards.The research results pro-vide guidance for site selection and engineering construction consid-erations for similar construction projects in the surrounding area.
