摘　　要：使用带有4G网络模块的GCAN PLC与S7-300 PLC进行通讯,实现往复式压缩机的物联网连接。针对S7-300 PLC的CP340通讯模块无法实现Modbus通讯的问题,运用TIA Portal和Open PCS软件编程。采用RS-485根据Modbus RTU的通讯格式,使CP340通讯模块实现CRC校验,完成了S7-300 PLC和GCAN PLC的Modbus RTU通讯系统。经过通讯测试,系统运行稳定且CRC校验无误,能实时对压缩机仪表数据进行传输。A GCAN PLC with a 4G network module is used to communicate with the S7-300 PLC to enable IoT connectivity of reciprocating compressors.Aiming at the problem that the CP340 communication module of the S7-300 PLC can not realize Modbus communication,TIA Portal and Open PCS software are used for programming.RS-485 is used according to the communication format of Modbus RTU,so that the CP340 communication module can achieve CRC verification,and the Modbus RTU communication system of S7-300 PLC and GCAN PLC is completed.After communication test,the system runs stably and CRC verification is correct,and the compressor instrument data can be transmitted in real time.
