摘　　要：该文针对电磁频谱管理建设的突出问题,设计基于四效融合的电磁频谱管理在线课程群体系框架,构建基于知识图谱的电磁频谱管理在线课程群内容体系,建设种类丰富、时效性强、手段先进的电磁频谱管理在线课程群教学资源,打通电磁频谱管理在线课程群内和群间的逻辑链路,构建知识架构完备、环路衔接紧密的电磁频谱管理课程体系,形成电磁频谱管理人才“三位一体”(军队院校教育、部队训练实践、军事职业教育)培养的良性发展格局。Aiming at the prominent problems in the construction of electromagnetic spectrum management online curriculum group,this paper designs the framework of electromagnetic spectrum management online curriculum group based on four-effect integration,constructs the content system of electromagnetic spectrum management online curriculum group based on knowledge graph,and builds the teaching resources of electromagnetic spectrum management curriculum group with rich types,strong timeliness and advanced means.The logical links within and between electromagnetic spectrum management online curriculum group have been opened up,a curriculum system of electromagnetic spectrum management with complete knowledge structure and close loop connection has been built,and a benign development pattern of"trinity(Military academy education,military training practice,military vocational education)"training of electromagnetic spectrum management talents has been formed.
