摘  要:在考虑不确定性的优化工作中,6σ鲁棒优化发挥着越来越重要的作用。这里提出一种结合伪单环优化策略的6σ鲁棒优化方法,旨在提高产品品质的同时提升优化的效率,并给出方法的具体步骤与流程。以座椅骨架轻量化为例进,结合灵敏度分析、多岛遗传算法、蒙特卡罗模拟技术以及伪单环优化策略,对座椅骨架进行6σ鲁棒优化。优化结果表明,所提的方法提高了产品的可靠性和鲁棒性,并且大大减少了传统优化策略的计算成本。In the optimization work considering uncertainty,six sigma robust optimization plays a more and more important role.Six sigma robust optimization method based on pseudo single-loop optimization strategy is proposed,which aims to improve product quality and optimization efficiency at the same time.Then,the concrete steps and flow of the method are given.To verify the effectiveness of the method,the lightweight of seat frame is taken as an example.Combined with sensitivity analysis,multi-island genetic algorithm,Monte Carlo simulation technology and pseudo single-loop optimization strategy,six sigma robust optimization of the seat frame is carried out.The optimization results show that the proposed method improves the reliability and robustness of the product,and greatly reduces the computational cost of the traditional optimization strategy.
