摘 要:基于开关电容的动力电池组均衡控制参数众多,参数间关系复杂,相关研究较少。以单开关电容为基础,搭建均衡仿真模型,在不同电容器电容、脉冲信号周期、占空比、电池内阻老化差异以及不同均衡策略下进行主动均衡实验。仿真结果表明:电容越大,均衡效果越好,但随着电容的增大继续改变电容大小对均衡效果的影响逐渐变小;随着脉冲信号周期的增大,均衡效果先变好后变坏,在周期为1.8s时均衡效果最好;不同内阻和不同均衡策略下,都满足电容和周期对均衡效果的影响规律,但内阻越大,电容大小对均衡效果的影响越大,不同均衡策略所对应的最优周期有所不同。There are many parameters for balancing control of power battery packs based on switched capacitors,the relationship between the parameters is complicated,and the related research is less.A balance simulation model based on single switched capacitors was built.Active balancing experiments were carried out under different capacitor capacitance、different pulse signal、different duty ratio、different battery internal resistance and different balancing strategies.The simulation results show that the larger the capacitance,the better the equalization effect,but as the capacitance increases,the impact of changing the capacitance on the equalization effect gradually becomes smaller;as the pulse signal period increases,the equalization effect becomes better at first and then becomes worse,when the period is 1.8s,the equalization effect is the best;when different internal resistances and different equalization strategies are applied,the law of the influence of capacitance and period on the equalization effect is still effective,but the larger the internal resistance,the greater the impact of the capacitance on the equalization effect,and the best period of different equalization strategy is different.
