摘　　要：当前,世界百年未有之大变局加速演进,能源矿产资源领域国际投资成为各国普遍关注的焦点,国际竞争日趋激烈。我国应坚持“以正合、以奇胜”的合作思路,强化能矿资源境外投资金融支撑,提高能矿领域“走出去”规则标准竞争力,打通海陆运输及服务领域梗阻,有效防范能矿领域境外投资风险,促进海外能矿投资与人民币国际化良性互动,以推动境外投资实现质的有效提升和量的合理增长,为经济高质量发展奠定坚实基础。At present,the world is now undergoing momentous changes unseen in a century,interna-tional investment in energy and mineral resources has become a focal point of attention for all countries,with international competition becoming increasingly intense.China should adhere to the cooperation strategy of"Using the direct method for joining battle,but indirect methods to secure victory",strengthen the financial support for overseas investment in energy and mineral resources,improve the competitiveness of the rules and standards in the energy and mineral sector's internationalization,address obstructions in maritime and land transportation and services,effectively prevent the risks associated with overseas investment in energy and mineral sector,and promote a positive interaction between overseas energy and mineral investment and the internationalization of the RMB.This will drive a qualitative and reasonable quantitative improvement in over-seas investment,laying a solid foundation for high-quality economic development.
