摘 要:城镇埋地中低压燃气管道周围人口密集,一旦发生全管径破裂,凹坑条件将加剧水平喷射火行为的复杂及危险性.利用Fluent模拟分析了不同凹坑尺寸及管压下火焰长度、等效宽度及长宽比变化规律,得到了火焰长度及等效宽度与无量纲热释放速率关系式.结果表明:火焰长度随着热释放速率增加与凹坑尺寸减小而增大,坑口尺寸较小时,火焰长度大于开放空间;坑口尺寸增大到一定程度时,火焰长度小于开放空间火焰长度.等效宽度随热释放速率的增大而增大,且当等效宽度增长到凹坑开口尺寸后,增长速率变缓并趋于稳定,同时火焰长度有明显增长.火焰长宽比呈现先减小后增大趋势,随着凹坑尺寸增大,长宽比减小且均小于开放空间.The population is dense around the buried medium and low pressure gas pipelines in urban areas.Once a full diameter rupture occurs,the crater condition will increase the complexity and risk of horizontal jet fire.The variation rules of flame length,equivalent width and aspect ratio under different crater sizes and tube pressure were simulated and analyzed by Fluent,and the relationship between flame length and equivalent width and di-mensionless heat release rate was obtained.The results show that the flame length increases with the increase of heat release rate and the decrease of crater size.When the crater size is small,the flame length is larger than that in the open space.When the crater size increases to a certain extent,the flame length is smaller than that in the open space.The equivalent width increases with the increase of heat release rate,and when the equivalent width in-creases to the crater opening size,the growth rate slows down and tends to be stable,and meanwhile the flame length increases obviously.The aspect ratio of flame decreases first and then increases.With the increase of crater size,the aspect ratio decreases,which remains smaller than that in the open space.
