摘 要:本文针对一款气态煤油预混工况下可成功起爆的爆震燃烧室,设计了一种新型的燃油喷注雾化掺混结构,包括双侧喷孔喷注及内侧溅油环喷注模式.对气态预混的热态爆震特性及燃油掺混雾化特性开展了数值模拟.结果表明,内侧溅油环喷注模式有着较好的雾化效果,而双侧喷注模式则具有较好的穿透掺混效果.确定了组合喷注方式作为燃油的喷注方式,此方案下燃油蒸发率为65%左右,燃油掺混均匀度为0.77左右.随后进行了热态验证,此喷注方案下可以实现旋转爆震波的稳定传播.This study focuses on a specific detonation combustion chamber designed for successful ignition under gaseous gasoline premixed conditions.A novel fuel injection atomization and mixing structure has been developed,incorporating dual-side nozzle injection and internal oil splashing ring injection modes.Numerical simulations were conducted to investigate the thermal detonation characteristics of gaseous premixed fuel and the atomization and mixing characteristics of the fuel.The results indicated that the internal oil splashing ring injection mode exhibited superior atomization,while the dual-side injection mode displayed better penetration mixing ef-fects.By employing a combination of injection methods for fuel delivery,an approximate 65%fuel evaporation rate and a fuel mixing uniformity of around 0.77 were achieved.Subsequent experimental validation in a thermal detonation environment demonstrated the stable propagation of the rotating detonation wave under this injection scheme.
