摘  要:TGA转录因子是一类广泛存在于植物中的重要转录因子家族,已被证明在调控植物逆境应答和生长发育中起着关键作用。本综述系统总结了TGA转录因子的分类和特征、在植物逆境应答及生长发育中的作用,并讨论和展望了TGA的未来研究方向,以期为TGA转录因子功能的系统解析提供参考。TGA transcription factors are an important family of transcription factors that are widely present in plants.It has been demonstrated that they play a key role in responding to stress and regulating plant growth and development.This review systematically summarized the classification and characteristics of TGA transcription factors,their roles in stress responses and plant growth,development,and discussed and prospected future research directions of TGAs,aiming to provide a reference for the systematic analy-sis of TGA transcription factor functions.
