摘　　要：儿科呼吸内镜微创医学发展迅速,不同医疗机构对呼吸内镜中心建设认识存在差异。为进一步规范儿科内镜呼吸中心建设,依据国家卫生健康委员会发布的《儿科呼吸内镜诊疗技术临床应用管理规范(2019年版)》及儿科呼吸内镜医师培训项目专家委员会建议,对医疗机构、儿科呼吸内镜中心、医务人员资质与培训、内镜技术管理及医疗质量控制等提出基本要求,旨在提高儿科呼吸内镜中心合理建设及规范化管理,为我国儿科呼吸内镜技术的普及与提高奠定基础。With the development of pediatric respiratory endoscopy,the inadequacy of the construction of pediatric respiratory endoscopy centers in medical institutions at all levels has gradually appeared.Basic requirements are put forward for primary medical institutions,children′s respiratory endoscopy centers,medical staff qualification and training,endoscopic technology management and medical quality control.These requirements are formulated in accordance with the guidelines for the clinical application of pediatric respiratory endoscopy(2019 edition)issued by the National Health Commission of the People′s Republic of China and the expert recommendations of the pediatric respiratory endoscopic physicians training program committee.The purpose of this study is to improve the reasonable construction and standardized management of pediatric respiratory endoscopy center,and lay the foundation for the popularization and improvement of pediatric respiratory endoscopy technology in China.
