摘 要:环氧乙烷(Ethylene Oxide,EO)又称为氧化乙烯,作为一种高效化学气体灭菌剂,在无菌医疗器械的灭菌领域得到广泛应用,因其操作便捷、成本低廉且灭菌效果显著。随着医疗器械管理规范化程度的提升,医疗器械中EO残留对人体健康的影响日益受到关注。本文探讨了影响无菌医疗器械EO残留的关键因素,并提出了针对性的措施以降低残留量,确保EO浓度达到安全标准,从而进一步保障公众在使用医疗器械时的安全。Ethylene Oxide(EO),also known as oxidized ethylene,is widely used in the field of sterilization of sterile medical devices because of its convenient operation,low cost and remarkable sterilization effect.With the improvement of the standardization of medical device management,the impact of EO residue in medical devices on human health has attracted increasing attention.This paper discusses the key factors affecting the EO residue of sterile medical devices,and proposes targeted measures to reduce the residue,ensure that the EO concentration meets safety standards,so as to further ensure the safety of the public when using medical devices.
