摘  要:为了解决加氢反应器压差上升较快制约装置长周期运行难题。本文通过对原料性质和设备对R2102压降的影响,得出换热器结焦导致Fe、Ni、Cr、Mn、残炭等被原料油携带至反应器,导致床层上部孔隙率严重下降,是压降上升的主要原因,根据原因制定E2102AB整体更换、增设精原料过滤器FI-2103、R2102增设垢物收集器的优化措施,最终解决了R2102床层压降上升的问题,延长了装置运转周期,降低了R2102停工撇头频率。In order to solve the problem of restricting the long-term operation of the hydrogenation reactor due to the rapid increase in pressure difference.This article analyzes the impact of raw material properties and equipment on the pressure drop of R2102,and concludes that coking in the heat exchanger causes Fe,Ni,Cr,Mn,residual carbon,etc.To be carried by the raw material oil into the reactor,resulting in a serious decrease in the porosity of the upper part of the bed layer,which is the main reason for the increase in pressure drop.Based on the reasons,optimization measures for replacing the entire E2102AB,adding a fine raw material filter FI-2103,and adding a scale collector in R2102 were formulated,ultimately solving the problem of increased pressure drop in the R2102 bed layer,extended the operating cycle of the device and reduced the frequency of R2102 shutdown and head skimming.
