摘 要:本文基于乡村振兴及改善农村人居环境的战略需求,以豫东地区部分县市为研究对象,采用现场调查和水质监测相结合的方法进行黑臭水体调查。根据对农村黑臭水体的成因分析,通过实施控源截污、内源治理、水系连通、生态修复四个方面的治理措施,消除试点范围内的黑臭水体,畜禽粪污得到有效治理。基本建立健全长效管护机制,并为后续动态排查出的农村黑臭水体提供可借鉴治理模式。Based on the strategic needs of rural revitalization and improving the living environment in rural areas,this article takes some counties and cities in eastern He'nan Province as research objects,and uses a combination of on-site investigation and water quality monitoring to investigate black and odorous water bodies.According to the analysis of the causes of rural black and odorous water bodies,and the implementation of control source interception,endogenous treatment,water system connection,and ecological restoration measures,the black and odorous water bodies within the pilot scope are eliminated,and livestock and poultry manure are effectively treated.A long-term management and protection mechanism is basically established and improved,and a reference governance model is provided for the subsequent dynamic investigation of rural black and odorous water bodies.
