摘 要:为促进山西某矿2212工作面安全快速地通过空巷,本文基于2212工作面过空巷工程概况,分析了空巷围岩的稳定性情况,结合基本顶几种不同断裂位置可能对空巷围岩造成的变形破坏影响,提出了可采用高水材料墩柱来进行空巷的超前加固策略,综合应用采场矿山压力理论,确定了墩柱材料的部分关键参数,并进行工程应用试验。应用结果表明:应用该墩柱来超前加固空巷,能有效防治基本顶易出现的超前破断现象、空巷易出现的冒顶现象及巷道支架易出现的压裂现象等,保障了2212综采工作面安全快速地通过空巷,该研究可为类似工况下的综采工作面安全快速过空巷提供参考。In order to promote the safe and rapid passage of the 2212 working face through the empty roadway in a certain mine in Shanxi,this article analyzes the stability of the surrounding rock of the empty roadway based on the overview of the 2212 working face passing through the empty roadway engineering.Combined with the possible deformation and damage effects of several different fracture positions on the surrounding rock of the empty roadway,a strategy of using high water material pillars for advanced reinforcement of the empty roadway is proposed,and the mining pressure theory of the mining site is comprehensively applied.We have determined some key parameters of the pier column material and conducted engineering application tests.The application results show that using this pier column to reinforce the roadway in advance can effectively prevent the phenomenon of advanced breaking of the basic roof,roof collapse of the roadway,and pressure cracking of the roadway support,ensuring the safe and rapid passage of the 2212 fully mechanized mining face through the roadway.This study can provide reference for the safe and rapid passage of goafs in fully mechanized mining faces under similar working conditions.
