摘  要:针对山西某矿7912综采工作面受矿压及综采扰动的影响,巷道顶板稳定性差易破碎,存在安全生产隐患大的问题,为更好的保障该综采工作面的安全稳定生产,基于综采工作面工程地质概况,介绍了现用支护方案,分析了其存在的不足,通过应用单跨门式支护装置配合多用途运载装备,基于锚网索主动支护,配合大跨距超前支护设计出了一种超前循环联合支护系统,并分析了其应用效果,结果表明:应用该超前联合支护方案后,可使7912工作面顶板最大变形量、煤柱帮最大变形量及实体煤壁帮变形量,分别降低13.9%、58.9%、57.8%,有效控制了巷道变形,更好的保障矿井安全生产。In response to the impact of mining pressure and disturbance on the 7912 fully mechanized mining face in a certain mine in Shanxi,the stability of the roadway roof is poor and prone to breakage,and there are significant safety production hazards.In order to better ensure the safety and stable production of the fully mechanized mining face,based on the engineering geological situation of the fully mechanized mining face,the current support scheme is introduced,and its shortcomings are analyzed.By applying a single span door type support device in combination with multi-purpose transportation equipment,based on anchor mesh cable active support,combined with large span advanced support,a leading cycle combined support system is designed,and its application effect is analyzed.The results show that after applying this advanced combined support scheme,the maximum deformation of the 7912 working face roof and coal pillar can be achieved.The maximum deformation amount and the deformation amount of the solid coal wall were reduced by 13.9%、58.9%and 57.8%,respectively,effectively controlling the deformation of the roadway and better ensuring the safety production of the mine.
