摘 要:随着煤炭科技水平的不断提升,煤矿机电设备的安全可靠运行成为研究的热点。针对当前煤矿机电设备存在较多安全隐患的问题,从人-机-管理-环境四个方面构建评价指标体系,运用熵权法对指标权重进行计算分配,结合可拓理论建立机电安全状况评价模型,对煤矿机电设备安全状况进行评价,并将其运用到某矿机电安全评价中。结果显示待评煤矿机电安全状况评价等级为“较安全”,根据所计算的指标权重和关联度可知,机电设备状况对煤矿机电设备安全评价的影响更为明显,与实际情况基本符合。这表明熵权物元可拓模型具有一定的实用性和客观性,能够为煤矿机电安全评价提供科学依据,对煤矿机电设备安全管理具有积极意义。With the continuous improvement of the level of coal science and technology,the safe and reliable operation of coal mine electromechanical equipment has become a research hotspot.In view of the current problems of many potential safety hazards in coal mine electromechanical equipment,the evaluation index system is constructed from four aspects of human-machine-management-environment.The entropy weight method is used to calculate and distribute the index weight,and the electromechanical safety status evaluation model is established based on the extension theory.The safety status of coal mine electromechanical equipment is evaluated and applied to the electromechanical safety evaluation of a mine.The results show that the evaluation grade of the electromechanical safety status of the coal mine to be evaluated is"safer".According to the calculated index weight and correlation degree,the influence of the electromechanical equipment status on the safety evaluation of the electromechanical equipment of the coal mine is more obvious,which is basically consistent with the actual situation.This shows that the entropy weight matter-element extension model has certain practicability and objectivity,can provide scientific basis for coal mine electromechanical safety evaluation,and has positive significance for coal mine electromechanical equipment safety management.
