摘 要:针对近年来矿井通风需求量的增大,通风机电机功率不断增大的现状,若采用传统的方式启动通风机,存在易对电网造成较大冲击,影响其他设备安全稳定运行的问题,为有效解决上述问题,重点研究了矿井主通风机电机启动方式,基于主通风机电机启动方式应用现状,对通风机电机三种主要启动方式:全压启动,软启动及变频启动进行分析,分析了各自的优势、劣势,并结合工程应用案例进行了对比分析,得出了各种启动方式较适合应用的场景,以为矿井通风机电机启动方式的科学,合理选择提供支持。In view of the increasing demand for mine ventilation and the increasing power of fan motor in recent years,if the fan is started in a traditional way,it may cause a big impact on the power grid and affect the safe and stable operation of other equipment.In order to effectively solve the above problems,the starting mode of mine main fan motor is mainly studied.Three main starting modes of fan motor:full pressure starting,soft starting and frequency conversion starting are analyzed,their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed,and combined with engineering application cases are compared and analyzed,and various starting modes are more suitable for application scenarios,which can provide support for scientific and reasonable selection of starting modes of mine fan motor.
