摘 要:【目的】随着电动汽车行业的迅猛发展,电动汽车的充电需求也日益增长,人们迫切需要一种成本更低、适用性更强、速度更快的充电方式。为了解决当前充电机设备利用率低、充电速度慢、建设成本高的问题,设计了一种新型的群控小功率直流充电系统。【方法】通过对比现有产品的优缺点,分析了群控小功率充电机的功能和优势,归纳总结了产品的技术难点和要点。【结果】群控小功率充电技术同时结合了传统直流桩和交流桩的技术优势,具有充电速度快、设备利用率高、环境适应性强及成本低的特点。【结论】目前,小功率直流充电机主要存在功率分配策略的制定、散热结构设计等难题。随着相关技术的不断发展和关键问题的攻克,在不久的将来,群控小功率直流充电系统将在市场中占据重要地位。[Purposes]With the rapid development of the electric vehicle industry,the charging demand of electric vehicles is also increasing.Residents urgently need a charging method with lower cost,stronger applicability and faster speed.In order to solve the problems of low utilization rate,slow charging speed and high construction cost of current charger equipment,a new group control low-power DC charging system is designed.[Methods]By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of existing products,the functions and advantages of group control low-power chargers are pointed out,and the technical difficulties and key points of the product are summarized.[Findings]The group control low-power charging technology combines the advantages of traditional DC piles and AC piles,and has the characteristics of fast charging,high equipment utilization,strong environmental adaptability and low cost.[Conclusions]Currently,there are still issues with the formulation of power allocation strategies and the design of heat dissipation structures for low-power DC chargers.With the continuous development of research and development technology and the tackling of key issues,group control low-power DC charging systems will rapidly rise and occupy an important position in the market in the near future.
