摘  要:【目的】为解决大型回转类零件形位误差测量困难、采样不便等问题,针对大型回转类零件的圆柱度误差设计了一种适宜的非接触式测量系统。【方法】使用STM32单片机作为主控制器,设计定位夹紧装置配合激光位移传感器实现非接触式测量,通过LabVIEW软件平台对采集的距离信息进行数据处理和分析,同时设计出圆柱度误差显示界面以便于用户直观地查看测量结果。【结果】测量装置满足大型回转类零件的圆柱度误差测量,显示界面可实时显示测量截面的轮廓状态,并自动显示计算所得的圆柱度误差值。在面板中输入零件的圆柱度公差值,当测得误差值超过其公差值时,相应的指示灯会亮起进行提醒。【结论】该系统较好地解决了大型回转类零件非接触式测量的需求,具有较好的应用价值和应用前景。[Purposes]In order to solve the problems such as difficult measurement and inconvenient sampling of form and position error of large rotary parts,a suitable non-contact measurement system is designed for cylindricity error of large rotary parts.[Methods]Using STM32 single chip microcomputer as the main controller,the positioning clamping device and laser displacement sensor are designed to realize non-contact measurement.The distance information collected is processed and analyzed by LabVIEW software platform.Meanwhile,the cylindricity error display interface is designed so that users can visually view the measurement results.[Findings]The measuring device can measure the cylindricity error of large rotary parts,and the display interface can display the contour state of the measuring section in real time,and automatically display the calculated cylindricity error value.As you input the cylindricity tolerance value of the part in the panel,the corresponding indicator will light up when the measured error value exceeds its tolerance value.[Conclusions]The system solves the demand of non-contact measurement of large rotary parts well,and has good application value and application prospect.
