摘  要:【目的】为了评价冷拌冷铺沥青混合料的路用性能,并在路面设计过程中形成设计参数,有必要对其进行试验研究。【方法】采用高温车辙、马歇尔稳定度、低温稳定性、黏聚性、低温施工和易性、水稳定性等技术指标,对冷铺沥青混合料的路用性能进行系统分析,对比热拌、冷拌及掺入RAP冷拌冷铺混合料相关性能。【结果】混合料最佳乳化沥青用量5.5%,水泥外掺1.5%,动稳定度为936次/mm,具有良好的高温抗车辙性能;浸水马歇尔试验干湿强度为78.7%,冻融劈裂试验强度为82.5%,低温及水稳定相对稳定。【结论】与掺入30%的RAP料冷拌冷铺沥青混合料对比发现,高温稳定性能热拌热铺沥青混合料>冷拌冷铺混合料>掺入RAP的冷拌冷铺混合料,掺入RAP料冷拌冷铺沥青混合料低温及水稳定均能满足规范要求。[Purposes]In order to evaluate the road performance of cold mix asphalt mixture and form the design parameters in the process of pavement design,it is necessary to conduct the test study.[Methods]The road performance of cold laying asphalt mixture was systematically analyzed by using technical indexes such as high temperature rutting,Marshall stability,low temperature stability,cohesiveness,low temperature construction workability and water stability,and the related performance of hot mixing,cold mixing and RAP cold mixing cold laying mixture was compared.[Findings]The optimum emulsified asphalt content was 5.5%,cement was added 1.5%,the dynamic stability was 936 times/mm,and the high temperature rutting resistance was good.The wet and dry strength ratio of submerged Marshall test was 78.7%,and the strength ratio of freeze-thaw splitting test was 82.5%and low temperature and water stability is relatively stable.[Conclusions]Compared with 30%RAP material cold mix and cold laid asphalt mixture,the high temperature stability of hot mix asphalt mixture>cold mix and cold laid asphalt mixture>cold mix and cold laid asphalt mixture with RAP material.Cold mix and cold laid asphalt mixture with RAP material can meet the requirements of the specification at low temperature and water stability.
