摘 要:【目的】智能水凝胶具有高稳定性、特殊的物理化学性能,以及多种刺激响应性功能。开发和研究具有多重响应性和生物相容性的智能水凝胶,可以使其在生物医学工程领域获得更多的实际应用价值。【方法】综述了智能水凝胶的制备工艺、不同智能水凝胶的响应性机制,以及智能水凝胶的具体应用方式,重点介绍了其在生物医学工程领域的应用进展。【结果】智能水凝胶的原料来源广泛,制备工艺多样,具有温度响应性、pH响应性、电响应性、光响应性多重刺激响应特征。因特殊的理化性能和良好的生物相容性,智能水凝胶在药物递送、组织工程等多个领域得到了广泛应用。【结论】刺激响应效应的引入可以增强水凝胶的功能,扩大其在生物医学工程领域的应用范围。智能水凝胶的研究正朝着集成多种响应性方向发展,以实现更复杂的功能和更精细的调控。[Purposes]Smart hydrogels possess high stability,unique physicochemical properties,and a variety of stimulus-responsive functions.The development and research of smart hydrogels with multiple responsiveness and biocompatibility can gain more practical application value in the field of biomedical engineering.[Methods]This article reviews the preparation process of smart hydrogels,the responsiveness mechanisms of different smart hydrogels,and their specific application methods,with a focus on their application progress in the field of biomedical engineering.[Findings]Smart hydrogels have a wide range of raw material sources and diverse preparation processes,which exhibits multiple stimulus response characteristics such as temperature responsiveness,pH responsiveness,electrical responsiveness,and light responsiveness.Due to their special physicochemical properties and good biocompatibility,they have been widely used in drug delivery,tissue engineering,and other fields.[Conclusions]The introduction of stimulus response can enhance the functionality of hydrogels and expand their application range in the field of biomedical engineering.Research on smart hydrogels is moving towards integrating multiple responsiveness to achieve more complex functions and more refined control.
