摘　　要：随着政治经济学理论的更新,国内外学界围绕经济增长、权力关系和本土知识对西方国家主导的发展话语展开了批判和重建。这些努力促成了20世纪中期后发展话语的反思,却又无条件地接受了19世纪中叶以来发展话语的一个基本前提,即以民族国家作为发展的基本研究单位。这一效应在边疆发展进程中,尤其是农村地区尤为突出,一方面在理念上,国家领土边界生产出观念边界,局限了边疆发展路径的分析和选择;另一方面在实践中,众多对边疆农村的民生保障、产业发展和内生动力培育具有积极影响的跨界活动未受到足够重视,限制了发展潜力。通过云南省一个抵边村寨的案例可以发现,突破传统发展话语的惯性思维,提炼以命运共同体和中国式现代化为核心的全新发展话语,挖掘边疆农村与跨境通道的特殊价值,将有助于未来的边疆发展乃至乡村振兴在全国范围内的实现。The development of political economy theory has led to the critique and reconstruction of westerndominated development discourse by academics at home and abroad in terms of economic growth,power relations,and native conditions.The attempts have contributed to a rethinking of the development discourse developed since the latter half of the 20th century as well as an unconditional acceptance of one basic premise of development discourse since the mid-19th century,namely the premise of placing nation as the basic unit of development.The effect is particularly prominent in the process of frontier development,especially in rural areas.On the one hand,conceptually,the territorial boundaries of the state produce conceptual boundaries,restricting the choices of development paths in frontier areas.On the other hand,in practice,attention has not been given enough to numerous cross-border activities that positively impact the livelihood security,industrial development,and endogenous dynamics of rural frontier areas,thus limiting the potential for development.Through the case study of a border village in Yunnan Province,it can be found that breaking the traditional development discourse by building a new one centered around the concept of a community with a shared future and the Chinese path to modernization,and preserving the special value of rural frontier areas and cross-border corridors will contribute to the future development of frontier areas and even rural revitalization on a national scale.
