摘　　要：新兴信息技术的广泛应用,在推动学术期刊数字化转型的同时,也给数字化出版带来了诸如版权签约与授权级别之间平衡难以把握、作品邻接权主体侵权行为多发等问题。加强数字版权保护,解决数字侵权问题,已成为学术期刊数字出版健康发展的当务之急。出现这种问题的原因主要是学术期刊相关主体数字版权保护意识不强、新技术与版权保护实践契合度不高、法规制度相对滞后等。应对之策是在增强学术出版相关主体版权意识的基础上,推进区块链技术的落地及版权保护标准的统一,制定与信息技术发展相适应的版权保护法律体系。The extensive application of new information technology not only promotes the digital transformation of academic journals,but also brings about many problems such as the imbalance between copyright signing and authorization levels,frequent infringement of neighboring rights,and other issues in digital publishing.Strengthening digital copyright protection to solve the diversification and complication of digital infringement has become a top priority for the healthy development of digital academic journals.The reasons of the above problems are weak awareness of digital copyright protection among entities related to academic journals,the low compatibility of new technologies with copyright protection practices,and the relative lag in regulatory systems.The countermeasures are,on the basis of enhancing the awareness of copyright among entities related to academic publishing,promoting the implementation of blockchain technology,and unifying copyright protection standards,and establishing a legal system of copyright protection that adapts to the development in information technology.
