摘  要:针对常规悬挑式卸料平台在安装和使用中的不足,研发了一种非现场预埋外挂式预制卸料平台。该施工技术无须预埋拉环、吊环,无须张拉钢丝绳,具有低碳节能、操作简便、安全可靠、周转利用率高等特点,符合节能环保要求。经工程实践,证明其经济合理、安全适用,为卸料平台的应用开拓了一条新路。An off-site pre-embedded external hanging prefabricated unloading platform has been developed to address the shortcomings of conventional cantilever unloading platforms in installation and use.This construction technology does not require pre-embedding tension rings,lifting rings,and tensioning steel wire ropes.It has the characteristics of low-carbon energy saving,simple operation,safety and reliability,high turnover utilization rate,and meets the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection.Through engineering practice,it has been proven to be economically reasonable,safe and applicable,opening up a new path for the application of unloading platforms.
