摘　　要：分析已上市国产普通牙膏简化备案资料常见问题,提升备案质量。通过梳理总结2023年10月-11月苏州市已上市国产牙膏备案人、首次备案数据和审核意见情况,分析原因并提出建议。分析结果表明,已上市国产牙膏备案人、产品备案资料提交质量不足,整体通过率相对较低。建议从牙膏备案人增强主体责任意识、监管部门统一审核尺度、畅通监管部门与企业交流反馈等措施入手,不断提高备案质量和监管实效,促进牙膏产业的高质量发展。The paper aims to analyze the common issues in the simplified filing materials of domestic toothpaste that have been on the market,and to improve the quality of filing.By sorting out and summarizing the data of the filers,initial filing data,and audit opinions of domestic toothpaste on the market in Suzhou from October to November 2023,the reasons were analyzed and countermeasures were proposed.The quality of filing by the filers of domestic toothpaste on the market and the submission of product filing materials were insufficient,and the overall pass rate was relatively low.It is recommended that the measures such as enhancing the awareness of primary responsibility among toothpaste filers,unifying the audit criteria by regulatory authorities,and facilitating communication and feedback between regulatory authorities and enterprises should be taken to continuously improve the quality of filing and the effectiveness of supervision,thereby promoting the high-quality development of the toothpaste industry.
