摘 要:青草沙水库每年5—10月会出现周期性藻类暴发。为解决水厂沉淀池前加氯和预臭氧进行厂内控藻的工艺运行定量分析问题,通过研究水厂预氯化和预臭氧联合投加对藻类的去除效果,选择适合青草沙水源水厂的前加氯及预臭氧投加量。通过在某水厂开展生产性试验,综合分析沉淀池出水叶绿素a的去除率及出厂水三卤甲烷的变化率,得到青草沙水源水的预氯化和预臭氧联合投加的投加量分别为0.6~0.8 mg/L次氯酸钠和0.6 mg/L预臭氧。在此条件下沉淀池出水叶绿素a去除率为82.02%~83.88%,出厂水叶绿素a相对于沉淀池出水的去除率和三卤甲烷的变化率分别为40.63%~52.27%、-14.75%~-31.12%。选择合适的前加氯和预臭氧投加量不仅可以进一步降低水厂藻类繁殖水平,还可为控藻期间进一步降低出厂水三卤甲烷发挥重要作用。Algae outbreaks occur periodically from May to October every year in Qingcaosha reservior.In order to solve the problem of quantitative analysis of process operation of algae control in water plant by adding chlorine and pre-ozone before settling tank,the effect of combined chlorination and pre-ozone in water plant on algae removal were studied,and the pre-chlorination and pre-ozone dosage suitable for Qingcaosha source water plant were selected.Through the production test carried out in a certain water plant,the removal rate of chlorophyll-a in the effluent of sedimentation tank and the change rate of trihalomethanes in the effluent water were comprehensively analyzed,and the recommended dosage for the combination of pre-chlorination and pre-ozone was 0.6~0.8 mg/L sodium hypochlorite and 0.6 mg/L pre-ozone.Under these conditions,the chlorophyll-a removal rate of the effluent from the sedimentation tank is 82.02%~83.88%,and the change rate of chlorophyll-a and trihalomethanes in the outgoing water relative to the effluent from the sedimentation tank is 40.63%~52.27% and-14.75%~-31.12% respectively.Selecting the appropriate pre-chlorination and pre-ozone dosage can not only further reduce the algal reproduction level in the water plant,but also play an important role in further reducing the trihalomethane in the factory water during the algal control period.
