摘　　要：窄带物联网(NB-IoT)通讯技术的发展促进了智能水表在智慧水务的广泛应用,在“海量数据”推动下,智能水表在数据监控、降损控漏、异常用水、用户服务等方面应用广阔。某水司结合智慧水务建设及智能水表终端数据,系统阐述了其在客服经营管理方面的数据应用,并结合实际情况分析当前数据应用的短板,为其他水司智慧水务建设应用提供参考。The rise of NB-IoT communication technology has promoted the application of smart water meters in smart water services.Driven by massive data,smart water meters have a wide range of applications in data monitoring,loss reduction and leakage control,abnormal water use,and user services.Based on the construction of smart water services and smart water meter terminal data,a water department,systematically elaborated on its data application in customer service operation,and management and analyzed the shortcomings of current data application in combination with practical applications,providing reference for other smart water construction applications.
