摘 要:为推动安责险在煤矿行业的良性发展,厘定更为合理的煤矿企业安责险费率至关重要。在煤矿安全生产风险评价指标体系的基础上,利用层次分析法和熵权法主客观赋权的方式对各指标进行组合赋权,根据云模型理论对煤矿企业进行综合评价,并结合煤矿企业过往安全生产事故发生情况、企业安全生产生产标准化等级及企业生产规模作为煤矿企业安责险费率厘定调整指标,实现煤矿企业安责险费率的合理厘定方式。In order to promote the healthy development of safety insurance in coal mining industry,it is very important to determine a more reasonable safety insurance rate for coal mining enterprises.On the basis of the coal mine safety production risk assessment index system,the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method are used to combine and empower each index,and the coal mine enterprises are comprehensively evaluated according to the cloud model theory.Combined with the occurrence of safety accidents in the past,the standardization level of safety production and the scale of production of coal mine enterprises as the adjustment indicators for the determination of safety insurance rate of coal mine enterprises,a reasonable way to determine the safety insurance rate of coal mine enterprises is achieved.
