摘 要:某电路板企业的生产废水来源于晒版冲洗废水、显影及显影后清洗废水、脱墨后清洗废水、蚀刻清洗废水、前处理清洗废水、中处理清洗废水、有机可焊性保护层(OSP)抗氧化清洗废水等。将生产废水划分为高浓度有机废水、蚀刻清洗废水及一般清洗废水进行单独预处理后,再汇合进行生化处理及深度处理。结果表明,排放废水经处理后,COD≤95 mg/L、BOD_(5)≤22.4 mg/L、NH_(3)-N≤11.3 mg/L、SS≤78 mg/L,稳定达到《电子工艺水污染物排放标准》(GB 39731—2020)间接排放限值和广东省《水污染物排放限值》(DB 44/26—2001)第二时段二级排放标准的较严者;回用水COD≤27 mg/L、BOD_(5)≤8.14 mg/L、NH_(3)-N≤2.4 mg/L、电导率≤843μS/cm,稳定达到《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T 19923—2005)工艺与产品用水标准后回用至蚀刻、脱墨等生产工艺清洗用水,其废水处理直接运行成本为10.54元/t,中水处理成本为2.72元/t。The production wastewater of a circuit board enterprise comes from the printing plate washing wastewater,developing and post-developing cleaning wastewater,deinking cleaning wastewater,etching cleaning wastewater,pre-treatment cleaning wastewater,intermediate treatment cleaning wastewater,and OSP antioxidant cleaning waste⁃water.The produced wastewater in this project was divided into high-concentration organic wastewater,etching cleaning wastewater,and general cleaning wastewater for separate pretreatment,and then converged for biochemical treatment and advanced treatment.The results showed that the COD,BOD_(5),NH_(3)-N,and SS of the discharged waste⁃water after treatment were≤95 mg/L,≤22.4 mg/L,≤11.3 mg/L,and≤78 mg/L,respectively,which reached the indi⁃rect emission limit of the“Electronic Process Water Pollutant Emission Standards”(GB 39731—2020)and the second-stage secondary emission standard of the“Water Pollutant Emission Limits”(DB 44/26—2001)in Guang⁃dong Province.The COD,BOD_(5),NH_(3)-N,and conductivity of the reclaimed water were≤27 mg/L,≤8.14 mg/L,≤2.4 mg/L,and≤843μS/cm.After meeting the process and product water standards of“Recycling of Urban Sewage for Industrial Water Quality”(GB/T 19923—2005),it could be reused for etching,deinking,and other production pro⁃cesses.The direct operating cost of wastewater treatment in this project was 10.54 yuan/ton of water,and the cost of reclaimed water treatment was 2.72 yuan per ton of water.
