摘 要:目的:探讨新生儿血清胆红素水平与磁共振上苍白球T1WI平均信号强度相关性。方法:年龄大于7天以上新生儿77例分为高胆红素血症组(n=53,总胆红素>205μmol/L)和对照组(n=24,总胆红素<205μmol/L)。分析头颅MRI图像,测得每个新生儿苍白球T1WI平均信号值,通过t检验分析两组之间苍白球平均信号值统计学差异,进一步统计分析两组变量之间是否具有线性相关关系,计算皮尔森相关系数r值。结果:对照组总胆红素水平值范围为124.40±60.24μmol/L,双侧苍白球T1WI平均信号值约713.83±91.54;高胆红素血症组总胆红素水平值约332.76±81.45μmol/L,双侧苍白球T1WI平均信号值约930.47±165.18;两组之间苍白球信号值具有统计学差异,P=0.001。通过皮尔森试验分析发现胆红素水平与T1WI苍白球信号呈线性正相关关系,r=0.78,P=0.005。结论:新生儿胆红素水平与苍白球T1信号强度明显正相关,可提示胆红素沉积程度。Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum bilirubin level and mean signal intensity of globus pallidus on T1 WI of magnetic resonance in neonates.Materials and methods:Seventy-seven neonates(age>7 days)were divided into hyperbilirubinemia group(n=53,Total serum bilirubin level>205μmol/L)and control group(n=24,Total serum bilirubin level).The mean T1WI signal value of the globus pallidus of each newborn was measured.The mean signal values of globus pallidus between the two groups were analyzed by t-test.The linear correlation between two groups was statistically analyzed and Pearson correlation coefficient r value was calculated.Results:The range of total bilirubin level in the control group was 124.40±60.24μmol/L and bilateral globus pallidus mean signal value on T1WI was approximately 713.83±91.54.The total bilirubin level of hyperbilirubinemia group was about 332.76±81.45μumol/L.Bilateral globus pallidus mean signal value on T1WI was 930.47+165.18.The signal value of globus pallidus was statistically different between the two groups(P=0.001).Pearson test showed a positive linear correlation between bilirubin level and globus pallidus signal,r=0.825,P=0.005.Conclusion:The serum bilirubin level of neonates was positively corelated with T1 signal intensity of globus pallidus,which could indicate the degree of bilirubin deposition.
