肌骨超声引导下介入诊治肩痛患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究肌骨超声引导下介入诊治肩痛患者的临床效果。方法:选取贵港市第二人民医院2022年8月至2023年8月肩痛并接受治疗的82例患者作为研究对象,已随机数字分组法分为41例对照组和41例研究组,对照组接受盲打注射治疗,研究组接受肌骨超声引导下的介入注射治疗。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗后1周的肩痛评分、肩关节功能障碍指数、肩关节症状评分。结果治疗1周后,两组患者肩痛评分、肩关节功能障碍指数、肩关节症状评分均得到明显改善,研究组患者肩痛评分、肩关节功能障碍指数、肩关节症状评分均显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:肩痛患者采用肌骨超声引导并进行介入注射治疗,可以有效达到病灶区域,达到药物精准注射的目的,可显著改善患者临床症状,提高治疗效果。Objective:To study the clinical effect of muscle bone ultrasound guided intervention in the diagnosis and treatment of shoulder pain patients.Method:82 patients with shoulder pain who received treatment from the Second Peoples Hospital of Guigang City from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group of 41 cases and a study group of 41 cases using a random number grouping method.The control group received blind injection therapy,while the study group received interventional injection therapy guided by muscle bone ultrasound.The shoulder pain score,shoulder joint dysfunction index,and shoulder joint symptom score of two groups of patients before and1 week affer treatment were compared.Results:After one week of treatment,the shoulder pain score,shoulder joint dysfunction index,and shoulder joint symptom score of both groups of patients were significantly improved.The shoulder pain score,shoulder joint dysfunction index,and shoulder joint symptom score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of muscle bone ultrasound guidance and interventional injection therapy for shoulder pain patients can effectively reach the lesion area,achieve the goal of precise drug injection,and significantly improve clinical symptoms and treatment effectiveness.
