摘　　要：总结秦艳虹教授治疗小儿急性扁桃体炎的临证经验。秦教授根据小儿的生理病理特点,辨证求因,认为小儿急性扁桃体炎多因外感风热和内生积热而发病,其病机为热邪攻喉,灼腐肌膜,阻滞脉络,气血壅滞不行。病程中以实热为重,或偏表,或偏里,或生痰,或致瘀,故治疗上以疏、清为主,辅以通散。根据临床表现,分初、中、极3期,辨病与辨证相结合。初期以疏风清热为治则,予银翘散加减;中期以清热泻火为治则,予自拟乳蛾方加减;极期以解毒消痈为治则,予自拟乳蛾方合五味消毒饮加减。此外,秦教授善内外合治,重饮食调护,以达病消防复的目的。附案例1则,以资验证。To summarize the clinical experience of professor QIN Yanhong in the treatment of acute tonsillitisin children.Professor QIN,based on the physiological and pathological characteristics of children,identifies the causes and believes that the onset of acute tonsillitis is mostly caused by external wind heat and internal heat accumulation.Its pathogenesis is heat evil attacking the throat,burning and rotting the muscle membrane,blocking the veins,and obstructing qi and blood.During the course of the disease,excess heat is the most severe,sometimes on the surface,sometimes on the inside,sometimes producing phlegm,or causing blood stasis.Therefore,the treatment should main-ly focus on clearing and dispersing,supplemented by dispersing.According to clinical manifestations,it is divided in-to three stages:initial,middle,and extreme.Disease differentiation is combined with syndrome differentiation.In the initial stage,the principle is to expel wind and clear heat,and modified Yinqiao San(银翘散)is used.In the mid-term,based on the principle of clearing heat and purging fire,a modified self-formulated Ru'e Fang(乳蛾方)was used.Based on the principle of detoxification and carbuncle elimination,a modified self-formulated Ru'e Fang and Wuwei Xiaodu Yin(五味消毒饮)were given during the extreme period.In addition,professor QIN is good at com-bining internal and external treatment,emphasizing dietary regulation,in order to achieve the goal of disease preven-tion and recovery.One case is presented for verification.
