摘　　要：红军转战贵州后原则性和灵活性地将“宣传发动、群众工作、纪律执行”与“维护群众利益”有机结合起来,促进了贵州普通民众心态逐步实现从“逃难避祸、观望期待”到“认可欢迎、拥戴支援”的历史性转变。这是中国共产党争取民心、赢得民心的早期探索和伟大实践,对新时代全面推进强国建设、民族复兴伟业具有重要的启示意义。After the Red Army’s transition to Guizhou,they organically combined“propaganda and mobilization,mass work,and disci-plinary enforcement”with“safeguarding the interests of the masses”in a principled and flexible manner,promoting a historic shift in the mentality of ordinary people in Guizhou from“escaping difficulties and avoiding disasters,waiting and expecting”to“recognizing,welcoming,and supporting”.This is the early exploration and great practice of the CPC to win the supports of the people,which has im-portant significance for comprehensively promoting the construction of a strong country and the great cause of national rejuvenation in the new era.
