抗美援朝时期劳动竞赛的历史考察——以《工人日报》为中心

摘　　要：文章通过梳理抗美援朝时期《工人日报》对劳动竞赛的宣传报道史料,发现在国内工人自发组织的竞赛运动基础上,中共中央采取宣传动员、抓典型引路、检查总结等措施,在全国范围内开展了以“增产节约”为主要内容的爱国主义劳动竞赛。这是中华人民共和国成立以来开展的第一次全国性劳动竞赛,它强有力地支援了抗美援朝战争,推动了国家经济发展,强化了工人对党和国家的政治认同。The article analyzes the historical materials of the propaganda and report about labor competitions in the Workers’Daily during the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea.It is found that on the basis of the spontaneous competition movement organized by domestic workers,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China had taken measures such as propaganda and mobilization,focusing on typical guidance,and inspection to carry out patriotic labor competitions with“increasing production and saving resources”as the main content nationwide.This is the first national labor competition conducted since the establishment of the People’s Republic of China.It strongly supported the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea,promoted national economic development,and streng-thened workers’national identity and Party identity.
