摘　　要：党的二十大报告中擘画了全面建成社会主义现代化强国、实现第二个百年奋斗目标的宏伟蓝图,这对中国式现代化高校档案事业发展提出了新的要求。基于此,首先对中国式现代化高校档案工作的特点进行了分析,其次讨论了中国式现代化高校档案人才应必备的能力,最后提出了中国式现代化高校档案人才队伍的打造途径。In the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the grand blueprint is drawn for comprehensively building a modern socialist country and realizing the second centenary goal,which puts forward new requirements for the development of Chinese style modern university archival undertaking.Based on this,the paper first analyzes the characteristics of archives management in Chinese modern colleges and universities.Secondly,it discusses the necessary ability of archival talents in Chinese modern colleges and universities,and finally puts forward the way of building the archival talent team in Chinese modern colleges and universities.
